What is the standard shipping time for heavy gym equipment?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of our power racks and smith machines, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via specialized freight carriers.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Major Fitness equipment includes a comprehensive warranty. We offer a lifetime warranty on structural steel frames and a 1-year warranty on moving parts and cables.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on large freight items.
Are your power racks compatible with standard 2x2 or 3x3 accessories?
Our racks are designed to industry standards. Most of our Spirit and Raptor series use 2x2 inch tubing with 1-inch holes, making them compatible with a wide range of third-party attachments.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?

Is assembly difficult for the multi-functional trainers?
Each product comes with a detailed manual and a step-by-step assembly video. While most units can be assembled by one person in 2-4 hours, we recommend having a second person to assist with heavy lifting.
